Born on December 22, 1960 in Kiev (Ukraine).
1964-1968 - education at the Nauma Ostashinsky children's art school (Kiev, Ukraine).
1968-1969 — studied at the 1st grade of general school at the “Yolochka” boarding school & sanatorium for children with different forms of tuberculosis (town of Irpin, Kyiv oblast, Ukraine).
1969-1970 — studied at the 2nd grade of general school at the boarding school #9 for children with the serious cases of spinal disorders. Underwent special movement therapy by the method of professor Zherdinovsky and doctor Putilova (70 % of the therapy are modified yoga gymnastic exercises). Learned to swim and underwent swimming therapy for children with scoliosis.
1970-1978 — studied in the general school #57 (Kyiv, Ukraine).
1970-1978 — undertook trainings on swimming (breaststroke) at the sports school of the “Spartak” voluntary sport society (Kyiv, Ukraine). Qualified as a 2nd class sportsman.
1970-1978 — undertook trainings on finswimming at the “Pervomaisky” swimming pool (Kyiv, Ukraine). Qualified as a 1st class sportsman.
Start regular classes yoga gymnastics
1978-1984 — studied at the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, faculty of electroacoustics, specialty “Information processing and registering systems”
1978-1985 — undertook trainings on the “applied underwater sports” (“diving” and “freediving” by the modern names) at the “Atlantida” sports and technical club of the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
1980 — qualified as an “Underwater swimming instructor” (diving instructor).
1981-1983 — worked as the head of the finswimming section at the “Atlantida” sports and technical club of the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. Also trained the institute finswimming team. Began using the yoga gymnastics exercises during the general physical training sessions for the finswimmers. Began developing the system of breathing exercises that later became known as “Plavita-sadhana”.
1982 — married to Tamara Budyonnaya.
1983 — qualified as a professional 3rd class diver of the 3rd specialty group.
1984 — worked as an engineer in the Manuilsky Research Institute (a secret facility producing sound recording equipment for the USSR KGB), Kyiv, Ukraine.
1985-1989 — worked as a hydrology engineer in the hydrological lab of the Institute of Hydrobiology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
1987-1990 — worked as yoga gymnastics trainer at the “Forma” cooperative (Kyiv, Ukraine).
1987 - daughter Elena was born.
1989 - son Anton was born.
1988 — studied at the faculty of further education for sports executives and trainers at the Kyiv Physical Education Institute. Specialty – general athletics and swimming.
1989-1994 — was employed part-time as a translator in the “Sofia” publishing company (Kyiv, Ukraine). Worked on books by Carlos Castaneda, Richard Bach, Mantak Chia etc.
1990 — took part at the Soviet Union Yoga Association conference (Moscow, RSFSR).
1991-1993 — presided over the yoga and yoga therapy section at the “Avicenna” alternative medicine center of the “Medekol” (“Medicina-ekologiya”) corporation, Kyiv, Ukraine.
Winter 1992-1993 – worked as a language assistant for the Qigong master Chen Wang Penn, who was invited to practice in Kyiv by the “Forma” cooperative.
1993 — took part in the «100 Years of Yoga in America» global conference (Pocono Mountains, Pennsylvania, USA).
1994-until now — a “freelance yogateacher”.
1994 — worked as a language assistant to Kali Ray at the grand seminar in Crimea.
1995 — took part in the “Yoga for Peace” global conference (Jerusalem, Israel).
1995 — held a first independent intense training course, Alushta, Crimea.
1995 — the first edition of the book “Третье открытие Силы” (“A Third Opening of the Force”) was published.
1996 — held a first independent weekend intense training course, Moscow, Russia.
1996 — the first edition of the book “Йога восьми кругов” (“The Yoga of Eight Circles”) was published.
1997 — started making the first video content on yoga. Beginning from VHS cassettes, through DVDs, it has finally resulted in the creation of this streaming service.
1998-2002 — undertook a series of training sessions for the professional yoga teachers and trainers: Kastropol, Katsiveli (Crimea), different locations in Podmoskovye (Moscow oblast).
1999 — the book “Хатха-йога. Концептуальный очерк” (“A Conceptual Essay on Hatha Yoga”) was published.
1999 — worked as a language assistant at Shandor Remete’s seminar in Moscow.
1996-2000 — cooperated with the Israeli Yogateachers Association in skill development program for the yogateacher specialty graduates of Wingate institute.
1999 — first “psychotronic art” pieces were created.
2000 — took part in the World Yoga championship in Dehli, India, as an observer from Ukraine.2000 — began creating underwater meditative video-sketches, filmed on breath-holding. 2001 — initiated a yoga “master-party” in Katsiveli, Crimea.
2003 — took part in the World Yoga championship in Portugal.
2003 — began working on the Yoga23 technique, opened a yoga-studio in Kyiv.
2003-2012 — created and managed a Yoga23-based school, teaching instructors and trainers.
2008-2012 — created, tested and implemented the Yoga23FiT technique.
2015-2018 — summarized the methodological experience and created the Yoga Workout Self-Adjustment System.
